RN Manager Emergency Services will serve within a 350+ bed, not-for-profit, teaching hospital recognized for nursing excellence, advanced trauma capabilities, and specialty accreditations in time-sensitive care. You will be supported by an integrated health system infrastructure focused on quality, safety, and patient experience.

The RN Manager Emergency Services reports to the Director of Emergency and Trauma Services with close visibility to the Chief Nursing Officer, The position leads assistant nurse managers, charge nurses, clinical educators, and frontline teams, and partners closely with the ED Medical Director, Trauma Program leadership, EMS liaisons, quality leaders, and ancillary departments to coordinate seamless care delivery. The role also steers operations, including budgeting, staffing and scheduling, throughput optimization, physician and EMS relations, regulatory readiness, informatics and data-driven improvement, and patient experience strategies.
