As a Parts Coordinator, you will manage and oversee the inventory and distribution of parts and components essential for operations and maintenance. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating the procurement and storage of parts, and ensuring timely fulfillment of parts requests. You will work closely with suppliers to source and order parts, track shipments, and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory. Additionally, you will liaise with maintenance and repair teams to prioritize parts needs, address any discrepancies, and streamline parts logistics. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential for ensuring smooth operations and supporting overall efficiency.
