Salary:
We are seeking aDirector of Manufacturingto lead production at our Holland facility, overseeing multiplesemi-custom, high-performance boat builds.
This is not a generic operations role. Success in this position requireshands-onexpertisein composite boat buildingand the ability to lead technically skilled teams in a complex manufacturing environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day production across multiple builds
- Coordinate schedules, labor, and resources to meet deadlines
- Drive efficiency across hull, deck, modules, and final assembly
- Lead and support shop floor teams to deliver quality, safety, and performance
- Partner with executive and technical leadership to execute builds to standard
Required experience:
- 10+ years in semi-custom boat building or high-performance marine manufacturing
- Deep, hands-on experience with:
- Pre-preg, infusion, wet bagging, and open lamination
- Epoxy, polyester, andvinyl esterresins (Duratekexperience preferred)
- Proven ability to lead production teams in a composite manufacturing environment
- Strong production planning and scheduling skills
- ProficiencyinExcel and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
