Job Title: Recruiter (Mortgage Industry Focus)
Location: Birmingham, MI (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: 50k Base Annual Salary + Commission

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Recruiter on our Support Team, you’ll play a critical role in identifying and onboarding the future stars of Swift Home Loans across our national network. You’ll:

• Own the recruitment process for sales, operations, and support roles.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and timelines, ensuring the right hires at the right time.
• Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews and manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Deliver an outstanding experience that reflects our culture and values.
• Track recruiting data and pipeline activity to help improve processes and meet hiring goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (mortgage, sales, or agency experience preferred)
• Proven ability to source and attract quality candidates in competitive markets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you’ll need to know how to build relationships fast
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple roles and candidates at once
• Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a high-growth, high-energy environment
