Metal Fabricator
Element Innovation builds really cool stuff and is looking for a full time metal fabricator to come join us.
About the job:
- Pay $20-$30/hr
- Benefits: Health and dental insurance, Paid time off, 401K with matching
- M-F day shift. Weekends as needed
- Job responsibilities include: Welding per blueprint specification, material prep, fixture set-up, solve problems, and innovate!
- Tons of learning opportunity. Besides welding and fabrication, we do CNC machining and engineering/CAD design. We love to support personal development and growth into new skills.
- You will truly be building some really cool products for some really awesome customers, and get to have the satisfaction of knowing that your name is behind it.

Qualifications:
- Must have some level of industry welding experience.
- Must be the type of person who enjoys getting things done, every day.
- Must be someone who gets a thrill out of delivering top-notch products to the customers.
- Must have mechanical aptitude and enjoy working with your hands(and brain).
- Must be punctual. With the highly complex nature of the projects, your commitment to showing up on time will be integral to the successful completion of them.
- Must have a positive attitude and an eagerness to contribute to a winning team!
