Key Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize all daily plant operations to meet production, quality, and safety targets.
• Manage the plant budget, control costs, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing plant team.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and environmental compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Maintain product quality standards to meet customer specifications and industry requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align plant activities with strategic business goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3-5 years in a plant management or senior leadership role.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, develop operational budgets, and achieve key performance indicators.
• Strong leadership and team development skills, with a commitment to fostering a safety-first and quality-driven culture.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Demonstrated experience leading major capital expenditure projects ($5M+)
• Proficiency with advanced manufacturing automation and Industry 4.0 technologies
• MBA or Master's degree in Engineering Management
