Gutter Installer (Full-time)

We are looking for a Gutter Installer with ideally 3 years of experience in gutter installation. This person should be skilled in gutter work, comfortable leading a team, and able to assist with roofing repairs when gutter jobs are not scheduled. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make informed decisions on the job site.

Compensation

• $25-$28 per hour, based on experience and performance.

Responsibilities

• Install gutters and gutter guards efficiently and to a high standard.

• Assist in other roof-related work, such as insulation, venting, and minor roofing repairs.

• Be available to coordinate or perform emergency repairs – some on-call work, which may involve evenings and weekends.

• Work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.

• Take before, during, and after pictures of work and upload them to CompanyCam.

• Update our CRM system to close out each project.

• Maintain a clean and organized work truck with properly stored and maintained tools.

• Keep the warehouse organized when putting materials and tools away.

• Make trips to hardware stores for materials when necessary.

• Follow the schedule set by the Repair Supervisor and communicate any questions or concerns.

• Attend weekly meetings to discuss scheduling, work orders, and contract fulfillment.

Requirements

• Accurately determine a corrective course of action on service calls

• Create detailed work orders for the repair techs for larger jobs

• Be on-call to coordinate or perform emergency repairs, which may involve evenings and Saturdays

• Install temporary tarps as needed

• Able to lift 75 pounds and have physical agility to climb ladders
