Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to serve K-5 students within a K-12 school setting located in Warren, MI. This contract position covers the full school year and focuses on a caseload of approximately 65 students. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with young learners, providing targeted speech and language interventions that support their academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-5 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to monitor student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Provide direct therapy services to a caseload of approximately 65 students
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to positive educational outcomes

Qualifications:

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• State licensure or certification as a School-Based SLP
• Experience working with school-aged children, particularly in K-5 grades
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based speech and language interventions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage a full caseload while maintaining attention to individual student needs
