Salary Range: $115,000 - $164,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of engineering projects for process improvement and new product introduction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements within the manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve operational issues and optimize workflows.
• Manage the engineering department budget, resource allocation, and technology adoption strategies.
• Define and implement engineering strategies that align with overall manufacturing goals and business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline relevant to manufacturing.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong project management skills, including scope definition, resource planning, and budget management.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with ERP or MES system implementation and optimization.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI/ML in manufacturing, advanced robotics).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
