We are looking for service-oriented and organized individuals to assist clients with coordinating travel planning services in a flexible, remote-friendly role. This position is ideal for those who enjoy helping others, managing details, and delivering consistent support.
In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, schedules, and budgets. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities, then assist with organizing itineraries and coordinating bookings. Responsibilities include confirming reservation details, preparing documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
This role focuses on communication, organization, and dependable support rather than direct sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with clients to gather travel preferences and needs
Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options
Assist with itinerary planning and booking coordination
Confirm reservations and maintain accurate documentation
Provide ongoing updates and client support
Maintain organized planning records
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work independently
Experience in customer support or hospitality is a plus (not required)
Comfortable using online tools and systems
Must be authorized to work in the United States, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Spain, or Australia
