What We Offer
Performance-Based Pay: A solid $30,000 base salary with an uncapped commission and bonus structure. Total earning potential ranges from $45,000 to $90,000+ per year based entirely on your drive and performance. Fast-Tracked Growth: Raises are available in your very first year for high performers. Extensive Rewards: Access to tons of agency resources, lucrative bonuses, commissions, and performance rewards. Paid Time Off: 2 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) in your first year, with increases in PTO the longer you are with our agency. Paid Licensing: We will cover the cost of your insurance licensing exams and materials. Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish client relationships and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
- Consistently meet and exceed established agency sales goals and metrics.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work collaboratively in a great team environment to drive the agency's overall success.
A "Hunter" Mentality: Highly motivated, driven, and eager to succeed in a performance-based role. Experience: Previous sales and/or insurance experience is a huge plus, but absolutely not required for the right, highly motivated candidate. Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of setting and hitting goals. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
