Salary Range: $42,000 - $62,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, technical details, and order status.
• Resolve customer complaints related to product quality, shipping discrepancies, and service issues, collaborating with production and quality control.
• Communicate production lead times, shipping estimates, and potential delays to customers proactively.
• Liaise with manufacturing, logistics, and sales departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment and problem resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints within the CRM system.
• Facilitate product returns, replacements, or repair processes in accordance with company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse customer interactions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Ability to quickly learn and understand manufacturing products, processes, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in CRM software and/or ERP systems for order management and customer data.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and record-keeping.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order management
• Familiarity with manufacturing production processes or supply chain logistics
• Ability to interpret technical product specifications or engineering drawings
• Previous experience supporting B2B customers in a manufacturing environment
