We’re seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Line Cook to join our team at our busy, fast-paced kitchen. This role is ideal for someone with some prior kitchen experience who is eager to grow their skills in a high-energy environment. If you’re passionate about food, thrive under pressure, and enjoy working as part of a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and the kitchen
- Assist with prep work and stock rotation as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Work efficiently during high-volume service, especially on nights and weekends
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the rest of the kitchen staff and front of house
- Support other team members and jump in where needed

Qualifications:
- Some previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred (but not required)
- Willingness to learn and take direction

- Must be available nights, weekends, and some holidays
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential
