GuardianMD is seeking a dedicated Platform Support Specialist to join our Client Success

Team. In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they

receive comprehensive platform support and guidance throughout their experience with

GuardianMD.

• Serve as the primary support contact for assigned clients, addressing platform questions, compliance requirements, and general inquiries
• Maintain regular communication with clients through various channels including email, phone, and messaging platforms
• Respond to support tickets in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in rotating coverage for early evening and weekend support shifts to accommodate clients across time zones
• Attend Client Success Team meetings, compliance training sessions, and educational webinars as needed
• Contribute to a collaborative, solution-oriented team environment

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on relationship building
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, understandable terms
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset and positive attitude

• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
• Comfortable with multiple modes of communication in this client-facing role

• Availability for some evening and weekend shifts (on a rotating basis
