Estamos buscando Obreros Generales responsables y trabajadores para unirse a nuestro equipo en una empresa de moldeo por inyección de plástico. Esta posición es ideal para candidatos que buscan estabilidad, entrenamiento en el trabajo y oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de la industria manufacturera.
Responsabilidades:
- Ayudar en la operación de máquinas de moldeo por inyección de plástico.
- Cargar, descargar y empacar piezas de plástico terminadas.
- Inspeccionar productos para asegurar calidad y reportar defectos.
- Mantener el área de trabajo limpia, organizada y segura.
- Seguir todas las políticas de seguridad y procedimientos de la compañía.
Requisitos:
- No se requiere experiencia previa (entrenamiento proporcionado).
- Capacidad de trabajar de pie durante turnos prolongados.
- Capacidad de levantar hasta 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Atención al detalle y disposición para aprender.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar horas extras o diferentes turnos si es necesario.
