Our dynamic team seeks an enthusiastic individual to provide exceptional customer service to our commercial insurance clients and policyholders. You'll help resolve billing issues, change policies, and make policy recommendations. If you have previous insurance experience in a customer service role and have a friendly, client-first attitude, please apply today!
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls related to commercial insurance policy concerns, customer complaints, and general inquiries.
- Track current activities, so you can appropriately respond to commercial insurance related inquiries.
- Demonstrate accuracy in processing client policy modifications based on the data.
- Take payments, adjust policies, and make recommendations.
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- People-oriented
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Prior insurance experience is highly preferred
