Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the finishing department, ensuring production schedules are met.
• Monitor product quality, ensuring all finished goods meet specified standards and customer requirements.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting production issues and optimizing finishing processes.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adherence to safety protocols.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP or MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Supervisor).
