Solution Architect

Akkodis is seeking a Solution Architect for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI. You will design and deliver robust Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud solutions while architecting secure, scalable integrations using GCP services.

Rate Range: $70/hour to $78/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Solution Architect job responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust solutions within Salesforce CRM platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Auto Cloud) to support captive finance operations and enhance customer engagement.

• Architect and manage secure, scalable integration services using GCP native tools (Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, API Gateway) for real-time, event-driven data synchronization.

• Lead the configuration and execution of marketing campaigns and transactional messaging initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools such as Journey Builder and Email Studio.

• Evaluate technical implementation options and present clear recommendations, building consensus among technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver effective solutions across CRM, marketing automation, and integration platforms.

• Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and documentation for Salesforce and GCP integration solutions while staying current with emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in software development, systems integration, or related technical roles.

• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Auto Cloud) and Marketing Cloud, including configuration, customization, and API integrations.

• Hands-on experience architecting and implementing secure, scalable integrations using GCP native services (Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, API Gateway) for event-driven communication.

Pay Details: $70.00 to $78.00 per hour
