Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for finished goods and raw materials.
• Utilize statistical forecasting models and demand planning software.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and supply chain to gather market intelligence.
• Participate actively in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, analyze variances, and identify root causes for deviations.
• Analyze demand trends, market conditions, and promotional impacts.
• Assess the impact of demand forecasts on inventory levels and production plans.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills for accurate forecasting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional alignment.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with advanced statistical modeling or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for forecasting.
• Proven experience in S&OP process improvement initiatives.
