Overview

Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries in-person interactions.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Communicate effectively to assist a diverse clientele.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills when interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.

- Proficiency in data entry and computerized systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
