Overview
Registered Nurse – Stepdown (Travel) in Bay City, MI. Start date 08/10/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,773–$1,940 per week. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). Work setting: inpatient, acute-care environment. This is a Travel - Temporary Assignment.

Responsibilities
- Telemetry monitoring and advanced vital signs tracking to detect early warning signs
- Conduct regular patient assessments; identify subtle changes and initiate appropriate interventions
- Administer complex medications, IV therapies, and titrate drips as ordered
- Provide specialized care for postoperative and cardiac patients, including vent patients and stroke/neuro checks
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other members of the care team to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on diseases, treatments, and discharge instructions; document care and patient responses in the charting system

Requirements
- Active Michigan RN license
- Minimum 2 years RN Stepdown/Progressive Care experience
- Telemetry monitoring experience
- Cerner EHR experience
- BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts in a travel assignment
