**Job Title:** Temporary Assembly Worker**Job Type:** Temporary Schedule:** Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
**About the Role: We are seeking a diligent and dependable Assembly Worker to join our production team in a dynamic manufacturing plant environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, possess strong manual dexterity, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Assembly- Documentation Qualifications:
**Key Responsibilities:*** Perform various assembly tasks precisely according to specifications, diagrams, or verbal instructions.* Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and effectively to meet production goals.* Conduct thorough quality checks on components and finished products to ensure they meet required standards.* Identify and report any defective materials, equipment malfunctions, or production issues to supervisors promptly.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to all company safety protocols.* Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and achieve daily production targets.* Assist with other production-related duties as required to support overall operations.
