Salary Range: $46,000 - $66,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Perform monthly bank, credit card, and vendor statement reconciliations.
• Manage full-cycle payroll processing and related tax compliance.
• Maintain the general ledger, posting journal entries for all financial transactions.
• Assist with inventory accounting, including valuation and tracking of raw materials and finished goods.
• Support cost accounting efforts by tracking manufacturing expenses and production costs.
• Prepare basic financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets, for management review.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
• Experience with cost accounting principles, inventory valuation, and job costing in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate financial statements and reports.
• Familiarity with payroll processing and relevant tax compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems common in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Basic understanding of cost accounting principles (e.g., inventory valuation, COGS).
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with intercompany transactions or multi-entity structures.
