Helper
Flexo 3rd Helper
The Flexo 3rd Helper is responsible for helping maintain a safe and clean work environment, helping ensure crew has all supplies necessary to complete the job at hand, and to help keep the machine running. This position also delivers on our core focus of:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists operator with any specific order needs
- Stages print plates for each print section prior to set-up
- Mounts and removes print plates as needed before and after each run
- Stages ink for each print section prior to run, including removing inventory tags from ink and placing in dedicated location to maintain proper amount of ink on hand
- Returning all unused ink to proper ink location once a run is completed
- Relieves 2nd Helper for breaks
- Assists with any duties such as printing and staging identification tags, keeping plenty of cap sheets and tie sheets at machine at all times, inserting finished load tags in bundles on large orders, and any other duties as directed by the Supervisor or Operator
- Maintains a clean work area free of trip hazards and spills
- Ability to work in excess of 40 hours, as business needs arise
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Any other task or duty that is deemed necessary by management

Work Environment / Physical Demands:
- Fast paced environment, requiring adaptation to continuous changes in Company, Customer and People needs
- Ability to frequently stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
- Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts
- Exposure to a very loud environment
