Job Title: Assembly TechnicianJob Description

Join our team as an Assembly Technician where you will play a crucial role in the assembly of interior injection molded products. You will work collaboratively in a work cell alongside 3-4 other assembly stations, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality components.

Responsibilities

• Perform light assembly tasks involving small plastic pieces.
• Snap together plastic components and place completed items into designated bins.
• Work within a team in a work cell to achieve performance targets, with piece rates varying between 200-400 per shift.

Essential Skills

• 1 year of manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with assembly, mechanical assembly, and injection molding processes
• Ability to read blueprints and use hand tools

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High volume assembly experience is a plus
• Machine operating experience is beneficial

Work Environment

Work in a collaborative setting with a 30-minute lunch break and two 10-minute breaks. This position is on the 2nd shift and requires a commitment to work 50 hours a week.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vicksburg, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.81 - $17.81/hr.
