Salary Range: $101,000 - $148,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and manufacturing operations to meet output targets.
• Implement and manage continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement robust quality control measures across production.
• Manage, mentor, and develop production teams, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability.
• Monitor and control operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and resource optimization.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely material flow and inventory management.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company safety standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Proven leadership in managing, developing, and motivating production teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and supply chain processes.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and P&L management in a manufacturing setting.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proven experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and automation initiatives.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
