LPN/RN-Weekly Pay!!

CarePlus TLC is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, LPN or RN with a passion for serving others to join our team!

This role requires a commitment to delivering high-quality care while maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients. The successful candidate is self-motivated, reliable, compassionate, and committed to creating a positive experience in our client’s lives

Our staff create a friendly, caring environment to ensure our clients receive the quality care and assistance they need to maintain their independence and quality of life in their home.

We currently have both Full-time or Per Diem positions available.

12 hour shifts 9a-9p-1 or 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs
• Trach and Vent care
• Catheter care
• cough assist and suctioning needs
• Hoyer transfers
• Provide Activities of Daily Living care as outlined in the Care Plan-bathing, dressing, feeding, etc.
• Administer prescribed medications including injections, enemas/suppositories, etc as ordered by Physician
• Monitor patient’s condition and report changes/concerns to appropriate medical professionals and family members
• reposition and turn patient as needed
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Provide emotional and psychological support when needed

Skills

• 1 year experience as a nurse
• Familiarity with home health, safety and sanitation standards and procedures
• Understanding of confidentiality and Privacy Laws and nursing best practices
• Adequate knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to learn electronic verification charting software
• Ability to turn and reposition patients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and able to handle tough situations as needed
• LPN/RN License in the state of MICHIGAN is a MUST
