Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Analyze process data to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, flowcharts, and P&IDs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor process performance using statistical tools and conduct process capability studies.
• Ensure processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably continuous process.
• Proficiency in process optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and statistical analysis.
• Experience with process control systems (DCS, PLC) and instrumentation.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex process issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality management systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in advanced process simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim)
• Experience with specific Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP (e.g., SAP PP)
• Familiarity with automation and control systems (PLCs, SCADA)
