Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 - $16 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Machine Operator:

• Operate production machinery to manufacture metal components per specifications
• Load raw materials and unload finished products from machines
• Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed
• Inspect parts for quality, defects, and accuracy throughout the production process
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
• Cross-train on multiple machines and production lines as needed

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
• Background check and Drug screening required
