We are looking for a VP of Sales at our brokerage who’s fired up to lead, coach, and grow a killer agent team. This will be a partnership in our firm.

Ideally, you have a real estate background and are looking for a stable, leadership focused role, with long-term upside. You’re energized by profit share and equity opportunities , and if you’ve been part of a strong sales culture before, you know how to bring structure, accountability, and momentum to a growing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Coach agents through deals, objections, and mindset

• Support onboarding and skill-building at every level

• Be a key player in agent recruiting and retention

• Lead meetings and weekly sales meetings

• Track performance, set targets, and help us crush goals

• Partner with the Broker/Owner on strategy and growth

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of real estate experience

• 50+ homes personally closed

• Passion for people, leadership, and team success

• Motivated by building together - profit-share / team revenue model
