Position Overview:
Dynagen Lending Troy is seeking highly motivated and licensed Loan Officers who bring in a steady flow of referral-based business and are comfortable working primarily from our Troy, MI office with some flexibility. This hybrid W-2 position is ideal for relationship-driven professionals looking for full back-end support, a high-energy team environment, and unlimited income potential through full commission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate residential mortgage loans through referral-based business only

• Maintain a strong in-person presence with clients and partners at our Troy office

• Manage the loan process from application to close with exceptional service

• Maintain compliance with NMLS and Michigan state lending regulations

• Collaborate daily with our in-house processors and operations team for seamless closings

Required Qualifications:

• Active NMLS license with authorization to originate in Michigan

• Must have a consistent pipeline of referral business

• Prior experience in residential mortgage origination

• Excellent communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based structure under W-2 employment

• Must be able to work in-person from our Troy, MI office regularly (hybrid flexibility, but not remote-only)
