Salary Range: $86,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
• Manage the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes.
• Ensure rapid response and resolution to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Oversee compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality policies for all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams on new equipment installations, upgrades, and facility projects.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and preventive/predictive maintenance strategies.
• Proven leadership in managing maintenance teams, developing talent, and overseeing departmental budgets.
• Demonstrated understanding of safety regulations and best practices relevant to manufacturing operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) certification
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with advanced industrial automation, robotics, or PLC systems
• Proficiency in a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system's maintenance module (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo)
