Overview

A large, well‑established manufacturing organization is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support a growing project and increased business volume. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience with a major global brand and potentially grow with the company long‑term.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound customer calls to expand business and strengthen relationships.
• Follow up on customer orders to ensure receipt, satisfaction, and accuracy.
• Support collections efforts by contacting customers regarding open balances.
• Investigate, follow up on, and resolve customer issues.
• Coordinate with production and shipping teams to ensure timely processing of all orders.

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, order entry, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong Excel skills (required) .
• Strong customer service abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automation , purchasing , or collections .

Disqualification Criteria

• Cannot work onsite .
• Cannot commit to the full contract duration.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Otsego, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
