Salary Range: $135,000 - $186,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily manufacturing operations and production processes to meet targets.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental compliance standards.
• Manage plant budget, control expenditures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing plant team and cultivate a positive work environment.
• Maintain plant equipment and infrastructure to ensure operational reliability and efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive experience in production operations, supply chain, and quality management.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong P&L responsibility, budget management, and cost control skills.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and quality assurance systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, IoT)
• Proven P&L management experience beyond plant-level operations
• Fluency in a second language relevant to the company's global footprint or local workforce
