Salary Range: $112,000 - $161,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of engineering projects related to production lines and new product introduction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes, equipment, and product quality.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality control protocols, and regulatory requirements in all engineering activities.
• Manage departmental budget, resources, and capital expenditure for engineering projects and equipment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and R&D teams to optimize manufacturing operations and resolve technical challenges.
• Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical background in manufacturing processes, automation, and quality systems.
• Demonstrated ability in project management, including scope definition, resource allocation, and on-time delivery of engineering initiatives.
• Expertise in implementing and championing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) in a production setting.
• Experience with strategic planning, budget management, and capital expenditure justification for manufacturing operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Proficiency with ERP or PLM systems for manufacturing operations.
