Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Lead and manage Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI projects from conception to completion.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Conduct process analysis, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis to identify waste and inefficiencies.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.
• Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track CI project effectiveness and ROI.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to solve complex operational challenges and implement sustainable solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience (5+ years) leading continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) or Master Black Belt.
• Deep expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, TPM).
• Proven track record of managing complex improvement projects and delivering measurable results.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for process integration and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, automation, or smart factory initiatives.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience in a multi-site or global manufacturing environment.
