Overview
Radiology Tech – CT specialty in Lapeer, Michigan. This is a travel, temporary assignment starting 07/20/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,293 to $2,437. Shift is 10-hour days, four days per week (6:00 AM–4:30 PM) with every other weekend coverage. The role focuses on performing CT imaging procedures in a clinical imaging environment; ARRT CT certification and at least 2 years of CT experience are required.

Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging studies according to physician orders and established protocols.
- Position patients and select appropriate CT protocols; adjust technical factors to optimize image quality while managing radiation dose.
- Operate CT scanners, review images for artifacts, and communicate findings or concerns to radiologists.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy; screen for contraindications and monitor for adverse reactions during contrast administration as applicable.
- Document procedures, verify patient identity and exam labeling, and ensure adherence to QA and radiation safety standards (ALARA).
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure timely completion of exams and accurate, complete charting.

Requirements
- ARRT certification required (CT)
- 2 years CT experience
- Ability to work the listed shift: 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, four 10-hour days per week
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced imaging environment
- Eligible for travel assignment in the stated location
