Part-Time Opportunity | Monday–Friday Afternoons + Rotating Saturdays

We are a growing, med spa and cosmetic surgery practice seeking a polished, professional, and highly organized Front Office & Patient Concierge Specialist to join our team. This is more than a traditional receptionist role, we are looking for someone who can deliver a luxury patient experience while confidently managing front desk operations, patient communication, and incoming leads.

Our ideal candidate is warm, detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a high-touch aesthetic environment where exceptional customer service is the standard.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 1:00 PM – Close

• 3rd Saturday of every month: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a high-end concierge approach

• Answer phones, texts, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally

• Manage incoming leads and assist with converting consultations into appointments

• Schedule consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments

• Maintain provider schedules and assist with daily office flow

• Process payments

• Support retail product sales and promotions

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and office areas

• Assist with patient intake forms, chart preparation, and administrative tasks

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming patient experience

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a med spa, cosmetic surgery, aesthetics, hospitality preferred

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Comfortable discussing aesthetic services and pricing

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Sales experience or lead conversion experience is a plus

• Reliable and proactive
