The Role

You won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be out in the community, meeting homeowners and business owners, measuring properties, and turning inquiries into signed contracts. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle using our CRM (GoHighLevel) to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct On-Site Consultations: Meet with customers to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations on wood and steel fencing solutions.
• Accurate Estimating: Measure perimeters and calculate material costs to provide precise, competitive quotes.
• Close the Deal: Use a value-based selling approach to explain why our "stick-built" quality beats the pre-assembled competition.
• Lead Management: Diligently follow up with prospects and maintain an organized pipeline within our CRM.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company with professionalism, contributing to our reputation and 5-star Google rating.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Sales Experience: You have a track record of hitting targets, preferably in home improvement, construction, or a related field.
• Strong Communication: You can talk to anyone, build rapport quickly, and handle objections with ease.
• Detail-Oriented: Precision matters in fencing. You must be comfortable with basic math and measurements.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRMs and mobile estimating tools is a major plus.
• Self-Starter: You are motivated by a performance-based environment and have the discipline to manage your own schedule.
