Salary Range: $87,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
• Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of all manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Manage the maintenance department budget, controlling costs and optimizing resource allocation.
• Oversee spare parts inventory management and procurement strategies.
• Implement and enforce all safety protocols and regulatory compliance for maintenance operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and equipment performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and optimizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in CMMS administration and optimization.
• Proven experience implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or significant experience managing capital improvement projects.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
