JOB SUMMARY:

Under direct supervision, this role involves basic assembly tasks, following detailed instructions, and ensuring quality control for prototypes in motorsports, defense, and mobility applications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

• Assemble basic components and subassemblies according to assembly drawings and instructions.

• Use hand tools and basic machinery for assembly tasks.

• Assist with equipment maintenance and cleaning.

• Perform simple quality control checks.

• Document work according to company guidelines.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 0-2 years of experience in manual assembly.

• High School diploma or GED required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic mechanical aptitude.

• Basic ability to read and interpret assembly drawings.

• Attention to detail and quality standards.

• Ability to use hand tools effectively.

• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

• Follow instructions and works well under supervision.
