This is a position in Corporate Communications. This assignment will be supporting communications for Medicare Advantage operations/projects. Highly suggest the candidate have experience writing Medicare member communications.

Engagement Description –

• A writer who will help produce CMS-required documents for our Medicare Advantage plan members and group customers .
• Intake instruction from our department supervisor and team members
• Create documents according to a template, submit them in a workflow management system (Blue Relay)
• Collaborate with various areas to coordinate fulfillment.
• All instructions on how to do these things will be provided.

Required Skills/Experience
• Writing/editing background
• High school and college
• Experience work with project management team providing progress updates
• Attention to detail
• Good communications skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Problem solving capability

Preferred Skills/Experience
• Work with CMS-required documents
• Work at Blue Cross in the Medicare advantage area a plus
