Position: Brake Press Operator

Location: Marne, MI

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $22-$25 Hourly

Job Responsibilities May Include:

Setting up and operating brake press machinery to shape, form, and bend materials to specifications

Read and interpret blueprints and selecting proper tooling/making proper adjustments for the job

Loading, positioning, and securing materials using the correct techniques

Inspect parts and use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers

Run any troubleshooting as needed along with repairs and PMs

Other tasks as appointed by the supervisor

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in Brake Press Operating

Possess and have proficiency in using basic tools

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Ability to obtain an OSHA 10 Certification

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials (50+ lbs), standing for extended periods, bending, kneeling, and working in various weather conditions.

Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Good communication skills to interact with supervisors, contractors, and team members.
