What Licari’s is looking for:

A competent, confident, seasoned General Manager to lead our Hudsonville location

A good candidate will:

Be experienced, at least 5-7 years of restaurant (front of house) and at least 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant. You’ll be energetic and enthusiastic. You’ll have a passion for customer service and creating a hospitality experience. You’ll understand the importance of a strong team environment and the ability to work closely with all associates, Kitchen team and Service Team to help create authentic Sicilian dining experiences that are satisfying and memorable. You will understand the importance of a culture of accountability and have a strong sense of personal accountability. You will also understand that working in this industry can be stressful, but is also a ton of fun. You will help foster a culture hospitality, working hard, being accountable.

More nuts & bolts:

Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

-Ability to write a schedule for the front of house and oversee the entire schedule.

-Hold quarterly training for continued education.

-Maintain high standards of a clean facility.

-Ensuring that all employees are on task, busy and being efficient

-Implementing company policies and hold others accountable for these.

-Control labor, alcohol costs and maintain high quality standards.

-Maintain positive reviews on google.

-Be efficient with time management and having the ability to stay organized.

-Hold weekly team meetings and help grow sales through positive motivation and strategy.

-Be proficient in Word, Excel, Canva, powerpoint

-Doing things the Licari's way, based on Quality, Passion, and Roots.

- Working no more than 55 hours a week with open availability.

- Must be willing to learn all back of house duties to ensure knowledge of all areas of the restaurant.

- Maintain opening lists, closing checklists and reports.

- Be able to do liquor inventory and ordering.
