Salary Range: $63,000 - $90,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train quality control inspectors and technicians.
• Ensure all manufactured products adhere to established quality standards and specifications.
• Oversee the execution of quality inspections and tests throughout the production process.
• Investigate and resolve quality non-conformances, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain and update Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and procedures.
• Analyze quality data and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with production to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Proficient understanding and application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001), SPC, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a quality team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Internal or Lead Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
• Experience implementing advanced quality planning tools (e.g., APQP, PPAP)
