Salary Range: $108,000 - $156,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and enhance manufacturing processes.
• Lead, train, and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental compliance.
• Manage operational budgets, control expenses, and contribute to the overall financial performance of the plant.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and quality departments to streamline workflows and resolve production challenges.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop diverse production teams.
• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and supply chain principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, IoT)
• Proficiency in a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• PMP certification or demonstrated strong project management experience
• Experience in a multi-site or global manufacturing environment
