Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Optimize inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to minimize holding costs and prevent stockouts.
• Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and production plans.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical, supplier, and logistics disruptions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and leverage technology to enhance supply chain performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to foster high performance and professional growth.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Strong expertise in inventory management, procurement, logistics, and demand planning.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with global sourcing and logistics.
