Salary Range: $65,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train quality control technicians and inspectors.
• Ensure adherence to product quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA).
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits to maintain quality system compliance.
• Monitor key quality performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop, update, and enforce quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation.
• Oversee inspection activities for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in quality assurance or control within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and relevant industry standards.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Lead Auditor certification (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485)
• Experience with industry-specific quality standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 13485, IATF 16949)
• Proficiency with advanced statistical software for quality data analysis (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
