Maintenance Technicians needed in Romulus, Michigan

Afternoon Shift – Start Immediately

A rapidly growing company with multiple locations across the US and Canada is currently seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join their team in Romulus, Michigan. These are excellent direct-hire opportunities for experienced Maintenance Technicians who are ready for the next step in their career—offering autonomy, project ownership, and the chance to directly impact operations. This could also be a great role for an experienced Millwright/Field Service Technician looking for a role with no travel.

The Maintenance Technicians hourly rates are anticipated to start between $30 to $38 per hour based on each candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Overtime is paid at premium rates over 40 hours. We offer excellent benefits including great medical, dental, and more.

Qualified Maintenance Technicians will possess most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic systems — especially those used in conveyors, robotics, and other automated assembly equipment.
• Backgrounds in Millwrighting, Machine Tool Building or Assembly work are highly valued. This role leans more mechanical than electrical, and candidates must have their own tools.
• Familiarity with Fanuc robots is a plus—especially if you have basic skills in touching up points using a Fanuc Teach Pendant.
• Must be able to work in the United States (No H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered).
• Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
