We are seeking a Water Restoration Specialist to join our team located in Traverse City, Mi. This candidate will help serving others within our community in their time of need and make a difference for others that have had a disaster strike their property. The ideal candidate will work hard and take pride in completing projects as well as being empathetic and show a sense of urgency. Paul Davis Restoration and Remodeling is one of the leading contractors in the renovation and restoration industry with offices located all over the United States.

Skills and Experience:

This position will be responsible for Mitigation related work for clients. The individual would be the companies first contact with the client and as such is responsible for promoting quality services.

Responsibilities:

• High level performance of water mitigation, mold remediation, fire remediation and contents with industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
• Act as a daily on-site contact for the customer, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered.
• Able to monitor and provide appropriate documentation for all jobs.
• Drive company vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and other machinery.
• Ability to provide company management with timely and accurate information related to the progress and status of projects.
• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate as necessary in the on-call schedule.
• Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
• Willingness to participate in all training as needed or required.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Ability to pass a criminal and motor vehicle background check.
• The ability to lift 75 lbs.
• A professional appearance and great attitude.
• A valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work in fire, smoke, mold and or water damaged structures (safety is important, PPE will be provided by the company).
• IICRC certifications. (Preferred but not required).
